Diary Entry

In languaje through literature writing, we wrote two diary entries about Jekyll's sensations in the day he first drank the potion and the other entrie explains his sensations two months later.

July 11, 1890

Dear Diary,

Today was a fantastic day I finally achieved my dream. A metamorphosis in my own body. I converted in a horrible monster. I was in the laboratory and I knew that the potion I created was today. I think It will last eight months.

I was feeling strong buy different. I was a bad man in a way. Everyone escaped from me and while I was walking I knew I had bad intentions, and the worst thing is that I couldn’t avoid It! As Jekyll I am a good man but as the monster maybe my reputation will change so much that I could kill myself. But if nobody discovers me, everything will be alright. I thing I may have a name as the monster, I will be named Mr.Hyde. I think this is the start of something new. I won’t have problems with it and now it will be easy to marriage save situations that as a man I couldn’t.

I hope the potion can improve in the future.

September 2, 1890

Dear Diary:

I’m tired. My body can’t work like this anymore. I feel so guilty. Today in the evening I drank the potion again and I went to the hotel near my house. There, I was so crazy from the treatment of people that I killed a girl that was on the street with her parents. She cried so strongly. I’m upset. The only thing I have is a potion. That converts me in something worse than this poor man without friends.

The only people that help me support are my servants. Don’t matter what happens they are always whit me. Utterson and Lanyon escaped from me. Today, I’m really thinking about my last plans as a person because I won’t permit to be dangerous for the society or the worst, to be discovered. Lanyon is the only who knows about my secret. What happened if he tells someone by accident? What if I’m accused of a criminal who sent to prison or even to be killed? This can’t continue. This must finish. So big problems don’t have solutions and this is a great example. This addiction is something very difficult to fix. My tears are dropping over the paper but if my life will be based on suffering, I prefer to disappear.

Primero inventamos una poesía sobre los cuadros de esta artista: 

Un sueño eterno
Por el pasillo caminaba
Y con un jarrón me tropecé
Mis ojos se pixelaban
Y con un cubo me encontré

Breve biografía de la artista anterior:
Nació el 14 de Octubre de 1959, en Buenos Aires. Es una artista multidisciplinaria, estudió Filosofía y Artes Escénicas. Participó en clínicas de Tulio de Sagastizábal . Fue docente en el posgrado de la F.A.D.U durante 7 años seguidos (de 2001 a 2008). En el 2010 creó el texto de la obra, taller de escritura, para artistas. Su obra está en colecciones públicas y privadas nacionales e internacionales.

Luego de elegir 4 fotos de un artista que tenga sus obras en MACBA, tuvimos que escribir un poema que se relacione con las imágenes. Después unimos las fotos de las obras con la aplicación "Video FX" y de fondo grabamos el poema jugando con las voces. Acá está el video:

The City Of The Beer

In the class of language through literature writing, we had to choose a place that we like or is attractive for us and to make a description following the next points:

*Conclusion

Dublín is located in the east of Ireland and is it's capital city. Irelands is an Island in the ocean. in the past,  it was attacked by the vikings, so they owned their old culture. This culture was so changed by the time, that they finished having a contemporary culture: education, arts, economy, administration and industry. In the caso of architecture (castles and constructions) were made about 8000 years ago, but just a few are staying. The capital have 84 years old and is recognized too because of the great beer they sell.

It is a very attractive place. Ther are many rivers used for sailing or for having a trip by bote. It's a clear and magical place because of the view you have.

The good thing i really like, apart from the rivers, is the tours that you can have arround and all the bars around the cuty for drinking beer. I think the beer they have and they sell, are the most important thing they have. In addition i too like the castles, museums and monuments they had made by wood.

The bad thing for me is not so bad, but maybe it affects the fact that ther are a few old constructions. The city shows more the present, the actually more than the past, Old constructions or monuments may be of about 8000 years ago, but they arent more than 150. 

As a conclusion, i think the bad points don't affect the tour to this city and if you go there, you won't find more than rivers and beer.

Excursión artistica.

El viernes 16 de mayo asistimos a 3 lugares importantes en la capital de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Fuimos todos juntos y pasamos un lindo día a las afueras del colegio.

Nuestro primer destino fue el museo MACBA (Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Buenos Aires) y vimos diferentes obras de apropaciones de la muestra "instante eterno" hecha por Fabián Burgos. Este se basaba en apropiar la obra de otra persona y rehacerlo de una forma mas moderna. Las guías del lugar nos iban haciendo adivinar el sentido de cada obra. Este nos intereso a todos porque la mayoría de las obras eran entretenidas y raras. Las obras estaban basadas en ilusiones ópticas que te hacían creer que se movían pero obviamente no lo hacían.

Luego almorzamos en el parque Lezama y nos entretuvimos un rato en los juegos. Finalmente dimos una vuelta y observamos el estadio de boca, el anfiteatro y la flor nacional.

Después fuimos al museo Etnografico. Para mi ese museo no fue tan entretenido como el Macba. Este museo contaba de obras de los indios y armamentos de otras épocas, como balsas de madera o escudos de metal. Las obras u objetos eran muy duros, súper pesados y tenían cintas de colores llamativos. En mi opinión, fue aburrido.

Finalmente, emprendimos la vuelta al colegio.

Narración y poesía

En clase, debiamos escribir un texto acerca de algo que nos haya pasado por primera vez y luego pasarlo a una poesia y "decir sin nombrar"

Cuando tenía 5 años, iba a lo de mi vecina y jugaba con sus mascotas. Un día ella llegó a mi casa con una tortuga chiquita que había encontrado en la plaza. La llamamos Micaela y ni bien entró, se le metió una hormiga en el ojo y rápido se escondió debajo de las hojas caídas del nogal. Con mucha paciencia con Mora se la sacamos con una pinza.

Con los años, aburrida trepa los escalones y queda boca arriba, en un intento de terminar con una vida de soledad.

Su gran caparazón

era grande como un portón

Y aunque no se podía pintar

con Mora lo hicimos igual

Se escabulló entre la vegetación

y una hormiga la invadió

con una herramienta de metal

sacó al insecto con bondad

Así Micaela encontró

su usual comida y almorzó

pero cuando se arrepintió

otra cosa se comió.

Ahora entre las rejas

se mete para no estar

mas presente sigue ella

con su terrible soledad

¿Que es la poesia visual?

La poesia visual es una forma experimental en la que una imagen, predomina sobre el resto de los componentes.

La obra que elegimos es una poesia visual por que expresa el "yo" y el uno mismo en un cubo, todo del mismo material, madera.

Nos impacta porque las lineas de las letras derivan de las otras letras.
